Sweden joining a Victorious Central Powers

Ok in early 1914 Russian Admiral von Essen decides to go ahead with his crazy plan over Gotland and this brings Sweden into the Great War on the side of the Central Powers and against the Entente. For various reasons this the US doesn't enter the war with the Central Powers winning the Great War.

At the peace table what to the Swedish want to get out of this war?

Might you see some sort of NATO-ish Baltic League of Germany, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania? Mostly to keep the surviving Russia/Soviet Union at arms length?

Sweden buys the Northern most Fylke of Norway (something like Finnmark, Troms, Norland?). This would be to give Sweden and allies more un-interrupted access to the iron mines of Kiruna. The Germans would likely support that option for both commercial and military purposes. That notion requires an assumption that the Entente has been damaged enough where they don't diplomatically press the issue AND that Sweden would be willing to strong-arm Norway.

I don't know if they could or not. They had just over 100 years prior, but with the Finns I don't know if they would accept direct rule from Stockholm.

Are there still sufficient bonds to transfer allegiance from Russia to Sweden, perhaps if Finland is promised a great deal of autonomy. Then again if you go down that route, you may as well provide independence and use them as a buffer state.

There is not way how you get even personal union between Sweden and Finland. Sweden didn't want that. Even Sweden-Norweigian union was failure so not way that Sweden-Finnish Union could work any better. And Finnish nationalism was too strong on that point. Finns wouldn't ever accept that.
