Harki state for French loyalists in Algeria?

There's no shortage of threads about the possibility of a rump pied noir state in Algeria, usually based in Algiers or Oranais. But what about a state for the loyalist harkis? Where might it be located, what organizations or individuals might rule it, what would its relations be with France?

There weren't enough of them, and it's not as if Harki was an ethnic identifier, it was just a catchall term for Muslims serving in the French military. Best you can hope for is evacuation to the métropole so they won't be slaughtered.
