How would you go about making it so that this city, which rivalled Prague in the 1400s, not become just a small town like it is today, but instead remain a major city, second only to (or even surpassing but that might be ASB) Prague itself?
Its economy was originally based around silver mining, so perhaps the main silver mine not being flooded would help, but there was so much else that happened that I'm not sure this alone will suffice. What about cultural or demographic changes? Thoughts?
